Title : UX/UI Designer
About the role: As a Part-Time UX/UI Designer with EMS|MC, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding user experiences for our digital products.
As a UX/UI Designer with EMS|MC, you will: - Design intuitive, engaging, and responsive user interfaces for web applications.
- Quickly and iteratively develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
- Ensure the design is in line with the brand identity and business goals.
- Collaborate daily with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and design reviews.
- Communicate design concepts and specifications to the development team.
- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate on designs.
- Use analytics tools such as Figma and Adobe to assess the performance of the design.
- Implement changes based on user feedback and data.
- Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
- Analyze user feedback and activity to develop insights that inform design decisions.
- Create user personas, journey maps, and use case scenarios.
- Continuously and proactively seek to improve the user experience and design process.
Other Responsibilities/Activities - Advocate for best practices in design and user experience.
- Stay up to date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.
Requirements
You will be successful in this role if you: - Bachelor's degree in design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience as a UX/UI Designer.
- Strong portfolio showcasing design projects and demonstrating user-centered design skills.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS; JavaScript is a plus.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar tools.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

- A secure home internet connection with a minimum speed of 20 Mbps for downloads and 10 Mbps for uploads is required.
- The workspace area accommodates all workstation equipment and related materials and provides adequate surface area to be productive.
